This new design/build project created a year-round residence tailored for entertaining, featuring large open spaces and abundant windows to showcase the lake views. The clients embraced the use of unconventional materials and design elements, leading to a distinctive home with unique touches. The project involved extensive research and specification of all design aspects, with specialty products and furnishings integrated throughout. A standout feature is the personally installed "Penny" floor, adding a one-of-a-kind detail to the home.
