This project involved providing an architect and builder and collaborating closely with the entire team to design every aspect, from research and planning to development, management, and installation. It included specifying all products, budgets, specialty items, cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, furniture, window treatments, flooring, custom finishes, and trim design. The design seamlessly integrated antique architectural details with new materials and practical innovations for a balanced and refined result.
